Silver Lining becomes a B Corp

Silver Lining has become the latest Australian company to be recognised as a B Corp, one of a handful in the creative and advertising industry to achieve the standard.

Silver Lining join over 500 Certified B Corporations across Australia and New Zealand, who are recognised for using business to drive a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable economy. The certification reflects Silver Lining’s growing leadership in the purpose-led space, whose client list now includes Bank Australia, Vision Australia, Mental Health First Aid, Doing It Tough, Suicide Prevention Australia, and SisterWorks. The news comes after Silver Lining was awarded onto the Creative, Marketing & Digital Communications Panel for Banyule City Council.

Says Jonny Clow, Managing Director and co-founder at Silver Lining: “The certification followed a rigorous independent assessment by global organisation B Lab, which assessed the company’s impact across five key areas: governance, community, environment, workers and customers. We are immensely proud of our purpose-led, not for profit model being formally recognised as a business that is a force for good. The certification is a validation of the path we are already on, to not make a profit, but to trade to intentionally tackle social problems and improve communities”.
