For the month of October, to coincide with World Mental Health Day on October 10, Australians can sign up to receive tips on how to practice good mental health.

The campaign runs across across paid social media and offers participants a downloadable calendar, daily videos and tips and a special community online event scheduled for October 10th.

This is the agency's first piece of work for Mental Health Australia after winning the tender back in April.
